Welcome to StitchFlow Studio.
StitchFlow Studio is operated as a sole proprietorship in the State of North Carolina, United States.
By accessing or using StitchFlow Studio (“the Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
StitchFlow Studio is a digital tool designed to help crocheters organize, track, and manage their projects and yarn.
The Service includes:
• A free plan with limited features
• A paid Premium subscription (monthly during Beta)
• User-created content such as projects, yarn entries, notes, and images
The Service may evolve over time as improvements are made.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using StitchFlow Studio, you represent that you meet this requirement
3. Free Plan & Feature Limits
StitchFlow Studio offers a free plan with usage limits.
Free users can see all of their work, including projects and yarn entries. However, continued editing access may be limited once plan limits are reached.
Older work remains visible and accessible for viewing. Upgrading to Premium restores full access.
Feature limits are subject to change with notice.
During Beta, Premium is offered on a monthly subscription basis only.
Premium:
• Is billed at $2.99 per month (or as displayed at time of purchase)
• Renews automatically each month
• May be canceled at any time
• Remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Since access continues through the full billing period, monthly payments are not refundable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing to Premium, you authorize recurring monthly charges until canceled.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
If annual subscriptions are introduced in the future, they may include a limited refund window for initial purchases only, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
No refunds are provided for:
• Forgotten cancellations
• Partial billing periods
• Renewal charges outside any stated refund window.
You retain ownership of the content you create within StitchFlow Studio.
By using the Service, you grant StitchFlow Studio a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
While we strive to provide a reliable experience, StitchFlow Studio is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
Features may be updated, modified, or removed as the Service evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StitchFlow Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, users will be notified through the app or website.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
